My research in this area examines how people understand, develop, and evaluate trust in AI. I conduct conceptual work to clarify what trust in AI means, how it differs from related concepts, and which psychological and technological dimensions shape trust judgments. I also develop and validate measurement scales that capture how people assess AI systems across different technologies and contexts. This work aims to provide a stronger theoretical and methodological foundation for studying trust in AI and to inform the development and evaluation of trustworthy, responsible, and human-centered technologies.
